The primer is a must.

All adhesives break down in time. Our adhesive tape is no different but with the UHB/FX10 Primer used as part of the application, the anchors will still be in place when the building comes down. Yes, the primer is that good. We have UHB in red and FX10 in clear. The red dye is added just to make it easier to see at a distance and in poorly lit places.
