How do we deliver?
Delivery methods vary depending on the product. Larger items may be shipped on pallets, while smaller goods are sent in cartons. Some products are individually packaged and prepared for point-of-sale presentation.

Who pays for freight?
Freight can be arranged in several ways. You may choose to organise your own collection and cover the associated costs, or we can arrange shipping for you. In this case, packaging is included in the product price, and freight charges will be calculated and added to your invoice prior to checkout.

We are committed to transparency—freight charges are passed on at cost, and we do not add any additional margin.
