A large number of our products are ‘Designed By You, Manufactured By Us’. So what does this mean?
If you have a brilliant idea that you need to keep control of for your benefit then we will arrange our business with you so that you own the product and we promise not to make or sell it to anyone else. If you want us to supply others with your product then we will only do this if you ask us to and then we promise to pay you an agreed royalty. If the item is something we make as stock items or there is no benefit to you by keeping it solely for your benefit then we will sell to other people.
This means if it is a revolutionary product then you get the sole benefit of it but if it is just a regular item (a spacer, say,) then we will sell it to others.
