EziFix allows fixings to be made with no drilling, no dust, no noise and no mess! It is ideal for use in environments such as clean rooms, data centres, hospitals, food factories or anywhere where dirt and noise can cause problems.

As the fixing requires no penetration of the surface it is ideal for use on glass, external building sheeting, boats, caravans, hygienic wall panels etc. The fixings withstand a very wide range of temperatures and can be used on any smooth dry surface internally or externally.

Installation is quick and simple; spray on the primer to the surface, allow to dry off, remove adhesive backing and apply the fixing, apply pressure to the fixing using the appropriate tool and job done!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Ensure the surface where the fastener will be applied is clean, dry, flat, and free from loose material, oil, wax, or other contaminants. Always pre-test the surface for suitability.

2. Shake the primer can vigorously for 1 minute before use to thoroughly mix the contents.

3. Apply a light, even coat of primer to an area slightly larger than the base of the fastener.

4. Allow the primed surface to dry completely before installing the fastener. Drying time may take up to 20 minutes, depending on conditions.

5. Insert the Ezifix fastener into the correct head of the Ezifix application tool. Remove the protective liner from the adhesive tape, then position the fastener on the primed surface. Using a pumping action, fully compress the application tool until it reaches its spring-loaded stop. This ensures all trapped air is expelled from the adhesive, providing maximum bond strength.

Once installed correctly, the Ezifix fastener is ready for full working load.

Important: Never exceed the Safe Working Load (SWL) of the Ezifix fastener.
