DESIGNED BY YOU

Many of our products are created under our “Designed by You, Manufactured by Us” model. But what does that mean for you?

If you have an innovative idea or product that provides a competitive advantage, we can structure our arrangement so that you retain ownership of the design. In these cases, we will manufacture the product exclusively for you and will not produce or sell it to any other customer.

Should you wish to expand distribution, we can supply your product to other customers only with your approval. Where applicable, we will pay you an agreed royalty on those sales.

For products that are standard, non-proprietary items—or where exclusive ownership offers little commercial benefit, such as simple spacers or similar components—we may offer those products to other customers as part of our regular product range.

In short, if your design is a unique or groundbreaking innovation, you retain the exclusive benefits of your idea. If it is a common or standard product, it may become available to the wider market.
